How to get rid of “Open file security warning”, when you run a script, batch file or an executable directly from a network share?
For solving this problem the option to “Include all network paths (UNCs)” in Internet Options applet will have to be used which can be done through these steps:
Step 1: Click “Start”, then open “Run” dialog and write INETCPL.CPL in it.
Step 2: Choose the “Security” tab and then select “Local intranet”
Step 3: Now, you have to choose the option “Sites” button
Step 4: Furthermore, place a tick mark on the “Include all network paths (UNCs)”
After following the above steps, you should find that the "Open file security warning" is no more troubling you.
